The cost of these resources will be fully subsidized.

Some of the key objectives are:

  • creating an open and inclusive AI ecosystem;
  • expanding scientific research, educational, and technological opportunities;
  • promoting collaboration among researchers.

Applications will be filed online through the Virtual Institute of Artificial Intelligence platform. A designated committee will evaluate the submissions based on their level of innovation, feasibility, and potential socio-economic impact.

The Program is expected to be financed from the state budget, with the total amount of subsidies for 2026 capped at AMD 400 million
