Liana Yordanyan has extensive law firm and in-house experience in Armenia and the U.S. She has advised major businesses, multinational enterprises, foreign diplomatic missions, charities, foreign investors, international clients, boards, and shareholders. Liana's expertise includes a comprehensive suite of legal services, addressing complex legal issues, advising on multi-million-dollar transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, and litigation in a broad range of areas.
Liana also advised USAID and the World Bank on lawmaking.
She serves on the boards of several organizations focused on humanitarian causes, professional development, and the prosperity of Armenia.
Admitted to practice law in Armenia (Chamber of Advocates), Liana is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional in Europe (CIPP/E) and a member of International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Liana holds a Master of Laws degree from Boston University, a Master of Laws degree from the American University of Armenia and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from Yerevan State University.
