How long will it take to register an LLC?
Answer

An LLC is registered within one business day after filing the necessary documents to the Agency of the State Register, or within two business days if one of the LLC's founders is a legal entity. If one of the LLC's founders is a legal entity, the LLC will be registered within one business day, if the facilitation fee of AMD 30,000 is paid.
